Dr. Kamendra Ray

B.A.LL.B(Hons.), LL.M, (UGC NET- JRF), Ph.D

Dr. Kamendra Ray is the Founder of National CLAT Academy and currently serves as an Assistant Prosecution Officer with the Government of Bihar. He holds a B.A.LL.B (Hons.) degree with a specialization in Criminal Law and an LL.M. degree with a specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law from the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi. A UGC-NET (JRF) qualified scholar, Mr. Ray brings deep expertise in the fields of Criminal Law and Constitutional Law. He has completed his Ph.D. from the Central University of Jharkhand, further enhancing his academic and research credentials. With a strong commitment to legal education and research, he is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of legal professionals and fostering a culture of academic excellence through National CLAT Academy.
